The Human Resource Compliance Coordinator will need to establish and administer critical Human Resource programs.  Duties and involvements will include but are not limited to:

  • Recruit and assist in hiring direct care staff
  • Develop workforce through planning and coordination of staff training programs
  • Assist in establishing competitive compensation structures
  • Collaborate with facility managers to effectively “orient / onboard” new employees
  • Collaborate with facility managers to implement new recognition and incentive programs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Ensure timely reporting and submission of employee timekeeping and payroll information
  • Audit and maintain employment, training and safety records
  • Ensure consistency of employee information in company information systems
  • Establish process for addressing and resolving staff complaints

Our client seeks an energetic and organized individual with superior communication abilities and experience with recruiting, training, audits, disciplinary and morale enhancement programs.

  • Minimum five (5) years HR experience. 
  • Degree a plus.
