In 2004, Bradley Harris toured an assisted living community on behalf of an elderly loved one. That visit would play a pivotal role in shaping his career, ultimately leading him to recruiting, where he serves both professionals and senior living communities by identifying the best candidates to fill senior living jobs. Previously, Bradley worked in the treatment side of healthcare, an experience that provided him with critical knowledge of healthcare delivery processes and a unique perspective that continues to underscore his work today. In 2004, Bradley founded Senior Transitions (acquired by RealPage NASDAQ: RP) which quickly became one of the nation’s leading elder care referral services and a trusted partner and resource for over 4,000 senior assisted living communities. Through his work with Senior Transitions, Bradley realized he could apply the same process to the flip side of senior living by matching job candidates to senior living jobs, such as assisted living jobs and nursing home jobs.
