Location: Northbrook, Illinois
You will be the Executive Director of an upscale senior assisted living community in Chicago, as the Executive Director of an upscale assisted living and memory care community, your responsibilities will be the day-to-day operations of the community including the profit and loss. You will coordinate, plan, implement, monitor, direct, and evaluate all aspects of operations including supervision, support, and coaching of employees.
As the Executive Director of a senior assisted living community, you will meet financial expectations, maintain high resident and family satisfaction within each department of independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. You will ensures the quality of customer service with an orientated staff. In addition, you will manage the assisted living community based on policies, procedures, and guidelines. The Executive Director is fully knowledgeable of all Illinois state, City regulations for Chicago and federal regulations, guidelines, and reporting pertinent to the day-to-day operation of the Senior Assisted Living community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred.
- Demonstrated successful operations experience specific to independent senior living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s / Memory care communities. Hospitality & Customer relations related fields.
