The Regional Director of Resident Care, RN (Registered Nurse) will oversee all Clinical Operations (Multi-Site) for this reputable senior assisted living organization including a portfolio of communities offering Assisted Living & Memory Care services. The Regional Director of Resident Care, RN (Registered Nurse) will develop an assisted living company strategy, policies and protocols for all senior assisted living and memory care communities.

This position will impact all aspects of nursing care for the elderly and quality assurance as well as set standards for monitoring care, assessments and take ownership of the entire clinical piece of our client’s senior assisted living business. This is a growth role and the ideal candidate will be a Regional or VP level, Registered Nurse (RN) with multi-site elder care experience who thrives on working collaboratively with multiple departments and disciplines. in an assisted living environment (Risk Management, Operations, Legal etc). Prefer Registered Nurse Executive from Assisted Living, CCRC or Long Term Care, elder care / Skilled Nursing professions.

Experience Requirements | Regional Director of Resident Care, RN Registered Nurse Assisted Living

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing;
• Executive, Regional or Vice President level multi-site health services and clinical oversight experience for a senior assisted living, elder care, or skilled nursing company;
• Collaborative and communicative style of clinical leadership;
• Must enjoy working with multiple departments and the elderly;
• Must have experience rolling out various programs and implementing new protocols and documentation;
• Should be a big picture thinker that can operate on a hands-on level when necessary.

Travel | Regional Director of Resident Care, RN Registered Nurse Assisted Living

• The Regional Director of Resident Care, RN (Registered Nurse, Assisted Living) will travel approximately 75% of the time to various properties (Multi-site) in Michigan and other states including new developments of senior assisted living homes.

• Compensation package consists of an executive level base salary, excellent bonus as well as additional perks for the Regional Director of Care, RN, Registered Nurse Assisted Living.
