Title: Director of Memory Care
Location: San Francisco, California
As the Director of Memory Care and department leader for this luxury Memory Care community, you will facilitate and lead the resident care team within the department; this includes supporting the designated care managers throughout the community, recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high-quality team. Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Title-22
- Three (3) years experience preferred in memory care, working specifically with Dementia, Alzheimer’s and cognitively impaired residents.
- Three (3) years of supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counselling
