We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Sales.  This position is responsible for the implementation, support and results of our clients sales programs for assisted living communities throughout the State of Tennessee. Some communities are in development and you will be tasked with start up initiatives. The Director of Sales and Marketing works in collaboration with our clients Senior Living community leadership to confidently impact census by delivering sales management and on-site sales coaching and support.  As the RDS for this growing group of assisted living homes, you will provide a professional, supportive and positive working relationships with each designated senior living Community and work as a team with the Managing Director.

• BS Degree in Marketing or Business preferred but successful experience as Regional Sales Manager

• Must have multi-site sales management experience in senior assisted living.
• Ability to drive accountability, occupancy and build sales culture across all departments.
• Must know how to work smarter, not harder.
