- The primary function of this position is to nurture the existing leads by contacting via telephone, potential residents to generate appointments and sales.
- Set initial and follow-up appointments with potential families and residents to secure a 10% deposit and signed contract.
- Work with sales and marketing team to maintain daily census or increase the average daily census beyond budgeted levels.
- Make persuasive presentations that encourage prospective residents and families to make a decision to move to the community.
- Follow procedures for inquiries/lead sharing, admissions, and assignment of residences.
- Respond timely and effective way to all inquiries for information, tours and residency.
- Follow-up with prospects as often as necessary to facilitate a decision to move-in.
- Assist when needed for group presentations.
- Become familiar with local competition.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred.
Experience:
- Five plus years of sales experience.
- Senior living experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and goal oriented.
- Patience and a genuine desire to problem solve a plus.
- Motivated to complete the sale and help future resident successfully move-in.
