Our client is looking for a talented, Nursing Home Administrator for their successful CCRC. In this role, the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) will join the team of top elder care professionals in the oversight of the skilled, assisted living departments within the CCRC. The ideal Nursing Home Administrator candidate will have managed a skilled nursing facility (SNF) within a CCRC environment with at least five years of experience. Candidate must be a self-directed leader with a drive to facilitate change and deliver top-quality care that the market demands.
Nursing Home Administrator | CCRC
The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) is responsible for managing operations and ensuring adherence to compliance of regulatory and company policies in the skilled nursing care center and rehab unit. Day to day responsibilities include partnering with the Executive Director, overseeing the skilled and assisted living divisions. This is a beautiful CCRC, nestled in a coastal, quaint area of Florida.
Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Licensed in Florida
- CCRC experience preferred
- Good Nursing Home survey history with good skilled nursing home job stability
- Strong leader with experience and comfort level in a very fast-paced environment
- Expertise in navigating Medicare / Medicaid reimbursements
