Our client requires a Nursing Home Administrator for their successful CCRC. In this role, the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) will join the team of top elder care professionals in the oversight of the skilled nursing facility and rehab center located just in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal Nursing Home Administrator candidate will have managed a skilled nursing facility (SNF) within a CCRC environment with at least 60+ beds, and be able to function efficiently in a very fast paced environment.

Nursing Home Administrator Role
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for managing operations and ensuring adherence to compliance of regulatory and company policies in the skilled nursing care center and rehab unit. Day to day responsibilities include budgetary and financial management, oversight of all departments and staff, as well as patient and family relations. This is a beautiful facility, with a large number of short term stays. Area is very quaint with a small town feel but close enough to big city amenities.
Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator;
- Must have managed a skilled nursing facility (SNF) with 60+ beds;
- Must have experience with a CCRC environment;
- Good Nursing Home survey history with good skilled nursing home job stability;
- Strong leader with experience and comfort level in very fast paced environment
- Expertise in navigating Medicare / Medicaid reimbursements
