Title: Director of Business Development
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
An Assisted Living Organization is looking for a self-motivated, energetic and warm Director of Business Development to join a rapidly growing team! As the Director of Business Development, you’ll be a first point of contact with potential residents and you will be representing our client’s community and organization. Under limited supervision of the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll handle walk-ins and call-ins, identify leads and help grow occupancy. You will be provided with training and support to develop referral sources and bring in new residents. This position is highly rewarding from both a compensation and community service standpoint.
Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Coordinate all external marketing and community outreach programs
- Utilize CRM to identify and contact leads, as well as develop a growing base of referral sources to achieve community occupancy goals
- Represent the community to referral sources and prospective residents, and explain the benefits of residing at the community
- Coordinate and complete all activities needed for an admission by visiting the prospect’s home, health care providers, or other location to conduct initial assessments
- Manage the sales/admission process by assisting prospective residents, their family members, referral sources and/or advisers in the decision making process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years Healthcare Sales experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Business Development: 3 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, computer applications
