Title: Head of Sales

Lead a team as the Head of Sales for an outstanding community:
Join as the Head of Sales with an outstanding, award winning senior living community and management team. This dynamic community and team demonstrates a genuine heart for its residents, and families day in, and day out.
- The primary function for the Head of Sales position is to nurture the existing leads by contacting via telephone, potential residents to generate appointments and sales
- Perform community outreach to referral sources
- Be the inbound receiver of all inquiries via telephone and email
- Set tours and inspire future families
- Make persuasive presentations that encourage prospective residents and families to make a decision to move to the community.
- Work with sales and marketing team to maintain daily census or increase the average daily census beyond budgeted levels.
- Follow procedures for inquiries/lead sharing, admissions, and assignment of residences.
- Follow-up with prospects as often as necessary to facilitate a decision to move-in.
- Assist when needed for group presentations.
- Become familiar with local competition.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications or related field of study preferred.
Experience:
- Three plus years of sales experience success in senior housing.
- Senior living experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and goal oriented.
- Patience, with a genuine desire to problem solve.
- Motivated to complete the sale and help future resident successfully move-in.
