This position is responsible for the implementation, support and results of our clients sales programs for assisted living communities throughout several States across the West. Some communities are in acquisition phase and you will be tasked with start up initiatives. The Director of Sales and Marketing works in collaboration with our clients Senior Living community leadership to confidently impact census by delivering sales and marketing management and on-site sales support. As the Regional Director of Sales for this boutique group of assisted living homes, you will provide a professional, supportive and positive working relationship with each designated senior living Community. Work as a team with the Regional Director of Operations.

As the Regional Director of Sales (RDS), you will be responsible for overseeing upscale senior assisted living communities in the Virginia Market Place. Awesome region of communities wherein you will create your working schedule, work closely with the Vice President of Sales and impact the lives of resident seniors living in and looking to move into a great portfolio of Assisted Living Homes in and around the West Coast. - Must have multi-site, multi-State sales management experience in assisted living.
- Ability to drive accountability, occupancy and build sales culture across all departments.
- Must know how to work smarter, not harder.
- Must be a Rock Star Sales Trainer!
You will work with community and regional leadership to support the portfolio of assisted living community operations to help maximize seniors moving into senior assisted living communities. Each senior assisted living community has a sales director who will look to [you] the Regional Sales Director for coaching and support.
