Qualifications for the Regional Vice President of Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred in order to be considered to run the assisted/independent living home.
- Masters Degree
- 8+ Years experience as either a Regional Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales of an assisted living company.
- Multi-Site Experience is a must
- Sales & Marketing proficient
- Fair, balanced leader than mentors teams
- Love for Seniors
