The Vice President of Clinical Services, RN will oversee a large portfolio combination of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities mainly located on the West Coast. The Vice President of Clinical Services must poccess an BSN, RN (Registered Nurse) and will oversee all Clinical Multi-Site Operations for this mid-sized, reputable assisted living organization. The Vice President of Clinical Care, RN Assisted Living (Registered Nurse) will develop a company wide strategy that will include policies, procedures, protocols, and budgets for all assisted living and memory care communities.
The Vice President of Clinical Services supports the Regional Support Teams and working with Community Staff to perform thorough health assessments on all new residents upon admission to the community. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and the survey process. Multi-location oversight responsibilities preferred.
This position will impact all aspects of nursing care for the elderly residents and quality assurance along with standards for monitoring care, assessments and take ownership of the entire clinical piece of our client’s assisted living homes. This is a wonderful opportunity, and the ideal Vice President of Clinical Care is currently at a VP level, Registered Nurse (RN) with multi-site, elder care experience. YOU will thrive on working collaboratively with multiple departments and disciplines in a corporate environment (Risk Management, Operations, Legal etc). We are looking for a Registered Nurse Executive from Assisted Living, CCRC or Long Term Care, elder care / Skilled Nursing professions.
Education and Experience | Vice President of Clinical Services, Assisted Living Nursing Careers
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Masters in Nursing preferred. Current unencumbered Nursing License. Previous experience in clinical health care including direct experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, quality assurance and corporate supervision roles. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and the survey process. Multi-location oversight responsibilities preferred.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing;
- Executive Suite, VP level multi-site health services and clinical oversight experience for a senior assisted living, elder care company;
- Experienced with all Dementias;
- Collaborative and communicative style of clinical leadership;
- Must enjoy working with multiple departments and the elderly;
- Must have experience rolling out various programs and implementing new protocols and documentation;
- Should be a big picture thinker that can operate on a hands-on level when necessary.
