You will be the Floating Executive Director for this assisted living company that is mid-sized, with senior assisted living and memory care community’s throughout in North and South Carolina. As the Floating Executive Director, your responsibilities will be to assume the day-to-day operations of senior living community missing an Executive Director.
As the Floating Executive Director of this mid-sized, senior assisted living company; you will be in the mix fixing, stabilizing or sitting a community. You will meet the financial expectations, maintain high resident and family satisfaction within each department of any assisted living home you are assigned to.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly, preferred in order to be considered to run the assisted/independent living home.
- 2-Years minimum as an Executive Director of a senior assisted or independent living home.
- You must be able to demonstrate successful operations experience specific to senior living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s / Memory care communities.
