BS Degree in Marketing or Business preferred but successful experience as Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director for senior living provider is important or, a senior sales director.

- Must have multi-site sales management experience in senior living, assisted living & memory care;
- Ability to drive accountability (and occupancy) in communities and build sales culture across all departments;
- Must know how to work smarter, not harder;
- Must be a Rock Star Sales Trainer!
