The Opportunity

Bradley Harris & Associates is a recruitment agency dedicated to the elder care profession with operations across the United States and Canada.  We specialize in hiring for permanent positions, and have made 100’s of successful hires since 2011. As a sourcer, you will learn about the elder care profession that includes Assisted Living, Senior Living, Nursing Homes, Hospice and Home Care.

We’re looking for a Candidate Sourcer. This is an entry-level position to start with the opportunity for growth into a leadership role.  We provide full training and mentorship.  In this role you will be on the front lines of all our major hiring initiatives to provide proactive sourcing of talent profiles for recruitment purposes.   • Responsibilities of the Candidate Sourcer:
  • Perform local and national sourcing and pipelining for active and passive talent profiles
  • Conduct heavy market research on candidate skill sets, demographics, and hiring trends
  • Search for and compile candidate data and competitive intelligence
  • Search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining, plus our extensive database.
  • Write and edit job descriptions; post jobs to career boards
  • Partner with recruiters to develop new search and recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with team members regularly to create innovative sourcing methods
  • Analyze data to drive sourcing decisions and support leaders with information to grow the business
  • Stay up to date on current sourcing industry trends and changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years working in a fast paced, multi-tasking research environment or experience with market research, lead generation, social media, and analytics
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and produce efficiently in a team environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment or ATS and Salesforce experience a strong plus
